THE WAY WE WORK

A finding matters.
What follows matters more.

An issue stays open when nobody owns the next action, the corrective work is incomplete, or the result has never been checked. Our process is built to make those gaps visible.

THE PRIMARY INDUSTRIAL APPROACH

Closing the loop
on reliability.

A finding is a starting point. The loop closes when the agreed action has been checked, documented, and handed back with a clear next step.

Five labeled stages around the Primary Industrial pi symbol: assess, diagnose, plan, execute, verify
Assess. Diagnose. Plan. Execute. Verify.
Copper marks verification: the evidence that closes the action.
  1. 01

    Assess

Establish the objective, equipment history, operating context, and approved access.

    A defined starting point
  2. 02

    Diagnose

Investigate within the agreed scope and separate observations from supported findings.

    A supported finding
  3. 03

    Plan

Define the corrective action, responsibilities, acceptance checks, and timing.

    An actionable work plan
  4. 04

    Execute

Carry out the authorized inspection, repair, maintenance, or technical development.

    Documented action
  5. 05

    Verify

Check the result under agreed conditions and record what remains open.

    Evidence of the result

The process follows the evidence. New findings can return the work to assessment or diagnosis. Unresolved actions stay visible until the agreed verification is complete.

THE MEANING BEHIND THE MARK

A circle with
a job to do.

The π connects Primary Industrial’s initials to the mathematics of a circle. Five segments represent the work: assess, diagnose, plan, execute, and verify.

Each segment has a distinct color and a named responsibility. Orange marks verification: confirm the outcome. Findings and completed repairs feed the next assessment, so the loop supports continued improvement.

The symbol is a brand metaphor for follow-through. It does not claim that π itself is a reliability formula.
